My passion is to see the lost saved and for the saved to grow in God through the word, worship and personal experiences. My desire is to be in a full-time ministry position as a key facilitator establishing “the constant new thing God is doing” in the areas of Worship and the Creatives in the House of God.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read my resume…

I dearly love Jesus and worship. I have had my life changed many times through worship and recently, he healed me of a worst-case scenario of Covid19. I have a heart to lead prophetic worship and see my team grow and move in the spirit. We first pray and listen, then program, and most importantly, remain open to change and what God is saying…

My experience has taught me that a great (worship/creative) department requires several elements: for the team to know they are loved, “heard – considered – acknowledged”, and called. I believe in training at every level, lots of fun, regular teaching of the word around worship, good team management skills, care for people, love for the church, and a clearly laid out vision.

I have a broad skill set that includes worship leading, harmony, playing bass, guitar, audio engineering, video production, lighting, teaching/preaching, and large productions. I have installed many PA systems, Lighting Systems, Multi-camera broadcast setups, and I have been involved with creative worship departments from 40 to 130 people

My Creative Family

I was born again at age 19 and called into ministry.

We have two boys, 25yrs old not married, and 30yrs old married. Both working full time.

Joel the oldest son manages a department of Youth Affairs In Australia. His wife Chelsea is a News Broadcaster for Adelaide’s Channel 9 News, and Eli is the extremely creative one of the family; he has designed many skateboards and is pursuing a musical career while he works as a carpenter; actually, he just wants to be a rock star!

My wife Julie is an amazing Therapist specializing in the areas of Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, and Sugar the dog is an adorable eating machine.
